Bad news

Crashes constantly. Pages refresh very slowly if at all. After an update, I lost ALL of my subscribed material!!!! I contacted customer support only to receive a reply asking if I had performed an update to the app. I replied yes but I never heard from them again!

Then I tried calling them. That only lead to direction to contact their technical support via email.
