Do not download!

I have had problems with this app. I swipe to change pages and it flips to same page. I have asked for help from developer. They have said to go through iTunes to get money back. They have continued to say the working on solving for the last 4 months now.

Buggy app, no support

I paid for a year subscription. Some issues I paid for never showed up in the app, and then after an iPad restore, they all disappeared. The "restore issues" feature in the app doesnt work. Over the past 3 months, Ive sent 7 messages to the company using the support email addresses and message feature on the Support tab in the app. They havent responded to any of my messages or fixed the app. Dont waste your money or time.

No customer support

I am so disappointed in this app. I love the magazine but continually have problems downloading the issues I want. So frustrating!

Cant download issues

I purchased a one year subscription and have been able to only download one issues. The other issues that have been released since the purchase of my subscription wont even show up in the app. Have tried everything suggested in the f & a and nothing has worked. Sent multiple emails to support with no response. Paid for a full year and only received one issue. Waste of money and frustrating.

Love this magazine and this app! I was having some difficulty adding my subscription and before I had to call I got an email for Emmanuel from the IT dept. telling me he saw I was having a problem and fixed it before I got the call out! Thanks again!

Doesnt rotate

Cant rotate to read in landscape mode. No way to view the spreads. Photos running across the gutter cannot be viewed.

Too Many Problems!

Every time I open an issue it has to download again. Very time consuming if it will load at all. I have gotten a message several times to delete the issue completely and retry.

Terrible!!!

Terrible App. I purchased 3 issues of the magazine and I am never able to open any of them. Dont buy it: they just take your money!!!

Sleek

I enjoy reading Luxe. It has the most current interior design trends around. I love the contemporary look and luxe gets it. One of the best magazines available.

Poor support

Non-existent support - they ignore customer request. Cannot view purchased issues. Cannot get them to refund subscription. Badd business practices.

Bad news

Crashes constantly. Pages refresh very slowly if at all. After an update, I lost ALL of my subscribed material!!!! I contacted customer support only to receive a reply asking if I had performed an update to the app. I replied yes but I never heard from them again! Then I tried calling them. That only lead to direction to contact their technical support via email.

Isnt it supposed to get better rather than worse?

I love the print version of this magazine but the app is horrible. There is no longer a landscape option. It loses my issues and wont restore them. The pages hang and then the whole thing quits and then I have to delete it and restore to get it to function at all. Do us all a favor Luxe and take a look at Architectural Digests app. That is how a digital version is supposed to look and operate.

Payed for the magazine... Fails to download. Not only a waste but criminal. Should be taken off the App Store.
